Denisa Rafalowski Jewelry Design wants you to be fully satisfied with your jewelry purchase. However, if you would prefer a refund (minus 10% restocking fee and any shipping costs), you may return your stock item within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Items will only be accepted if they are returned in the original packaging and all the documentation is included. You are responsible for return shipment and insurance costs. Once the merchandise has been received and verified, a credit to your account will be made. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
